6. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data are retained for the period required by the purpose of processing and within the scope of the legal retention periods. Once the purpose of processing ceases to exist or the retention period expires, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the KVKK and the relevant legislation.
7. Your Rights Under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- •To learn whether your personal data are processed
- •To request information if your personal data have been processed
- •To learn the purpose of processing and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose
- •To know the third parties to whom your personal data are transferred domestically or abroad
- •To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate personal data
- •To request deletion or destruction of your personal data
- •To request notification of the correction, deletion or destruction processes to third parties to whom the personal data have been transferred
- •To object to any result arising against you through the exclusive analysis of processed data by automated systems
- •To request compensation for damages in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data
